費用 ： 初級訓練班 Elementary Course $180.-
Fee ：中級訓練班 Intermediate Course $350.-
報名資格 ：初級訓練班 –– 十二歲或以上 Elementary Course –– age 12 or above
Qualification：中級訓練班 –– 持有本會或本會前身(中國香港運動攀登總會)初級運動攀登證書(報名時必須付上證書副本)及十三歲或以上
Intermediate Course –– holder of Certificate of Elementary Course of HKSCU or SCAHK (please enclose copy of the Certificate) and age 13 or above
報名辦法 ：填妥報名表格後連同報名費(劃線支票受款人為『香港攀登運動總會有限公司』)及貼上郵票之回郵信封寄回『香港銅鑼灣軒尼詩道505號電業城15樓, 香港攀登運動總會 收』
** 沒有附上回郵信封者報名文件將不會發還。
Application ：Send the application form, fee (cross cheque payable to “Hong Kong Sport Climbing Union Limited”)
and a stamped self-addressed envelope to “HKSCU 15/F, Radio City, 505 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, HK.”
** The document sent would NOT be returned if application without stamped self-addressed envelope.

備註 ：(1) 若報名人數超額，以抽籤形式決定，參加者約於開班前二星期收到通知。
Remarks ： If enrolment exceeds quota, allocation will be made by draw. Accepted applicants will be informed about 2 weeks prior to course commencement.
(2) 報名一經接納，所繳費用概不退還，亦不接受更改參加者或課程日期。 Once application is accepted, course fees are non refundable and change of participants and/or course date will not be entertained.
(3) 在截止日期後仍有名額之訓練班會在網頁內公布，並繼續接受報名，先到先得。After deadlines, courses not fully enrolled will be posted in website and application will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
(4) 郵遞失誤，本會恕不負責。 The Union shall bear no responsibility of postal failure.
